Osasuna v Barcelona

I bet many people have envisions of every outcome possible from the El Classico on Monday night, however I don’t think many people expected Barcelona to completely thrash Real Madrid 5-0 at the Camp Nou. It was no fluke either, totally deserved, and not many would have complaints if it was even more. Some say it’s one of the best team performances ever, and that’s no exaggeration. Osasuna are sitting 12th in the table and yet to lose a home game yet, so this will be a tough challenge for Barcelona. They have won their last fixtures 8-0, 3-0 and 5-0 so currently in unbelievable form. Barcelona are 1/4 to win, so the bookies odds are firmly in their favour and it’s always wise not to bet against Barcelona, no matter who they play. Lionel Messi to score first is at 9/4 is worth a punt without doubt.

My recommendation; Osasuna 0-3 Barcelona (6/1)

Real Madrid v Valencia

Many could say Barcelona looked so good in that fixture because Real Madrid were so poor. Ronaldo, Ozil and Benzema didn’t connect as Mourinho would hope they would, and the defence was unbelievably shocking at times. It was the first test for them this season, and they failed miserably, but this test is just as crucial. They now have to bounce back against one of the stronger teams in the division, against Valencia. As Mourinho hasn’t lost at home in about 7 years, and Real Madrid’s home form being excellent, I expect them to bounce back with Ronaldo being the first goal scorer, at 5/2.

My recommendation; Real Madrid 1-0 Valencia (6/1)

Interestingly, putting just £1 on Real Madrid and Barcelona to lose will win you £100+, so you never know, and that may be worth a risky bet, as anything is possible.
