Got an Android phone? Awesome! So do we! And what we really love doing is sports betting. You might not realize it as first, but Android sports betting is definitely a new revolution.

Let’s go back to the past for a minute. Sports betting is something that used to be done only offline. So if you really wanted to place bets, you had to go to a pub that would let you do it. A sportsbook at a casino offline will let you do it as well, but you would have to go all of the way out to the casino, and this assumes that you actually have one.

Placing your bets online can definitely help you stay at home and avoid the traffic of driving around. Yet what if you really want to get more mobile than what you have now?

There is a way to do that: you have to turn to mobile sports betting. Specifically, we’re talking about Android sports betting as well. So you have to start thinking about the way you’re trying to go about sports betting and find a solution that’s actually going to help you get what you want in the long run.

Your Android phone is the gateway to a lot of mobile entertainment. You will want to make sure that you check your original sportsbooks. Believe it or not, many sportsbooks are now producing Android apps that let you catch the excitement of sports betting right there on the app. These apps are going to be just as secure as logging into the site, because you will be able to rely on standard encryption. Remember that you are still going onto the Internet, so you will have encryption on your side.

The nicer your Android phone is, the more fun you’re going to have on the site. However, don’t think that just because you have an older Android phone you can’t get involved with mobile sports betting at all.

There are plenty of great betting sites out there that will let you take your fun on the road. Make sure that you look carefully at the Android version that the app requires when you go to download it. Android is still one of those things were the app really does have to match the version of Android that you have. So if you need to upgrade your Android phone before you actually get a chance to hit the sports betting, this is the best chance to do it!

Why not check out your options today? You just might be surprised!

Football fans tend to really enjoy online gambling and betting on football games because they know a lot about the game, it can be a lot of fun. However, betting on other things can be just as much fun, such as online roulette.

If you do not know much about it, then this can make it even more fun because you are learning a new game, understanding new rules and tactics and you may find that you are even better at it than football betting. There are many website which offer online roulette betting and many of them have easy to use chat rooms.

This means that you can communicate with other players and it is therefore a fun social event and you can also share tips and things like that. Most people have seen a roulette game before but may not be familiar with the betting rules and this is where the fun can come in. It is great, learning about the game or starting by observing how others play. There is also a certain thrill out of wining a bet on a game when you are not so familiar with it.

You may also find that you are more successful, once you learn the rules more and you may even start winning quite a bit of money. Betting on online roulette could also get you interested in other casino games as most websites which offer it also have a selection of other games and this can make it great fun. It is good to play different things, it can keep you on your toes with regards to learning new games, but it also may means that you find something which is even more fun. Why not enjoy yourself while you are gambling, it should be what it is all about.

If you enjoy the game, then if you do not win, you will not feel quite so bad. At least you had fun. If you are not enjoying it, then it is a waste of money as you should not be playing to win, but for the pleasure of laying and the winning should just be a bonus.

Looking at ways to entertain yourself on weekends can be a good thing — especially when you’re stressed out. Stress is something that most people have to deal with, but that doesn’t mean that you live with it. You don’t have to constantly be under the cloud of stress. Yet when gas prices are high and other activities seem just too expensive, you might not be sure what your options are actually.

The truth is that everyone benefits from going to an online casino. The benefit that immediately springs to mind is that you’re going to be able to win real money. There’s no reason that you shouldn’t want to bet a little money in order to win big. There are tournaments in poker where you can pay a small entry fee and have a chance to win a lot more than what you put into the pot. That’s the way a lot of tournaments work, actually — you’ll be able to win money and get a little extra cash. We don’t know about you, but just about everyone we know could use some extra cash. There’s nothing wrong with getting a little for yourself and really making your holiday bright.

Getting new friend sis another benefit that you’ll find when you join an online casino. The truth is that even though we would like it to be different, we just don’t get a lot of chances to make new friends outside of the computer. Even when we do get the chance to be social, it’s always about topics that we often don’t really have a common interest with others about. You might meet a lot of parents at your child’s school, but that doesn’t mean that they’re going to really see eye to eye with you. In addition, you may want a little more excitement without having to drive around to get it.

Going to an online casino means that you’re going to have quite a few people interested in getting to know you. Online gamblers tend to help other online gamblers improve their game. For example, if you’re the type of person that really likes poker, you’re going to be right at home in the forums where other players often give out tips on improving your overall strategy. The better strategy that you have with poker, the better player you will become. It can be difficult to actually get used to so many people around you that want to help you, but we think you’ll give it your best try!

Overall, there are a lot of benefits to playing online. Make sure that you get started today so you can reap those benefits!

You may think that Manchester United are the team that will be facing Barcelona at Wembley on the 28th May, but stranger things have happened in football. Besides, there is a lot more to bet on than the outcome, so here a few of my tips. But remember, if you are betting averse and don’t have a lot of money to play with, you can always still have fun and have a game of Free Bingo! Bingo is almost like betting, it can be just as exciting and also a lot of fun!

To Qualify

First of all, don’t bet on Man United to qualify, with them being 1/150. Schalke are 18/1, so realistically don’t bet on this feature at all.

Correct Score

With United likely to play a slightly weakened team, against a Schalke side who will be fighting for some pride, this match could be a close one. Manchester United have the 2-0 lead from the first leg, and it could of easily been more, so whatever United team will go out tonight, I believe will score a few past Schalke. United’s home record this season is nearly perfect so you’d expect them to pick up a second leg victory. A 1-0 or 2-0 home win is 5/1, and not necessarily worth it in my opinion. I’d go for a few more goals, like 3-1 home win (9/1).

Half Time/Full Time

This seems to be one of my favourites as I seem to make more money on this than any other feature. United to be leading at half time and full time is the most likely option at 11/10. If you want a slightly riskier bet, then I’d go for draw at half time, then Man United to win second half at 7/2.

First Goal Scorer

With United making a few changes, you don’t know exactly what their line up is going to be. Wayne Rooney is the favourite at 7/2, and he rarely gets dropped so that’s my tip. Berbatov has a better chance of starting and has a great scoring record at home, however, he doesn’t score many in the Champions League. He is priced at 9/2. If you think Schalke will get the first goal, then I’d recommend you bet on Raul, the leading top goal scorer of all time, and he is priced at 9/1.

Goal Crazy

I reckon that neither side come into this with any real pressure, so I expect many goals in this one. For 4+ goals it is 2/1, so I’d go with that.

Scorecast

It’s rare to win on Scorecast but if you do, you are likely to win big. I have two recommendations, one which is likely, and another one which isn’t. Wayne Rooney to score first and United win 2-0 again, is 14/1. If you want to bet on a riskier Scorecast, which I always find myself doing, then bet on Raul to score first, with Man United winning 3-2, great odds at 275/1.

Valencia v Chelsea

This is one of the most mouth watering ties of match day 2, as arguably the 3rd best team in Spain, face one of the best in England. Both teams reached the knockout stages last year, and both are favourites to do the same this time around. Valencia were held in Genk on the first match day, as Chelsea beat Bayer Leverkusen at home 2-0. Juan Mata joined Chelsea from Valencia in the summer, and will now face them on this Wednesday night. Valencia are not the same animal as they were 10 years ago, and you could say Chelsea are the favourites for this one. Chelsea have played open attacking football this season, and have so many players with a goal threat. Chelsea are 7/5 to win this match, with Valencia are 2/1. If I was to pick the first goal scorer, then I’d go for the away team, and as Torres has scored in his last couple, I’d go for him, and also a Chelsea win for me.

My Recommendations;

Valencia 1-2 Chelsea (9/1) First Goal Scorer; Fernando Torres (9/2)

Arsenal v Olympiacos

Arsenal have struggled a lot this season, already losing 3 times in the league, lost their main players from last season, and have been given a tough group in the Champions League. Things may be looking up though, as they defeated Bolton 3-0 at the weekend, and looked the best they have played in a long time. They travelled to play Borussia Dortmund in the first fixture, and were a few minutes away from winning, despite being second best for most of the match. In the end though, that will be seen as a point gained.

Olympiacos faced Marseille at home, but lost 1-0, and already their chances of progression look bleak, as every game they go into now, will need a huge effort to win, and the other 3 teams are really keen to progress. Arsenal are 4/11 for this match, as Olympiacos are 7/1. Personally, I can’t see Arsenal slipping up, so they will win I think, Robin Van Persie to score first two, who else in all honesty.

My Recommendations;

Arsenal 4-1 Olympiacos (11/1) First Goal Scorer; Robin Van Persie (11/4)

Bate Borisov v Barcelona

Incredible odds for this one. Bate Borisov are 18/1 to win this one, probably the longest odds for a home win in the Champions League ever. Barcelona are 1/7 to win this match, so no point even putting it on an accumulator. Barcelona are of course defending champions, but couldn’t win their first game of this campaign, as they drew at home to AC Milan, a side who looked formidable. Bate Borisov drew in Plzen for their first match. Barcelona havnt won away from home so far this season, drawing to Real Madrid in the Spanish Super Cup, followed by 2 draws in the league. You’d expect them to win here, as they are against minnows of the Champions League. First goal scorer? Take your pick, I’m going for David Villa.

My Recommendations;

Bate Borisov 0-4 Barcelona (8/1) First Goal Scorer; David Villa (7/2)

Marseille v Borussia Dortmund

This is another intriguing match on Wednesday night, as this will concern Arsenal. Both of these teams will fancy their chances of progression. Marseille are 6/4 for this match, and Borussia Dortmund are 15/8 so expect a tough tight and tense affair. I’m going for a draw in this one, perhaps a goal less one of that, but if I had to go for a first goal scorer, I’d choose Andre Ayew for Marseille.

My Recommendations;

Marseille 0-0 Borussia Dortmund First Goal Scorer; Ande Ayew (7/1)

Arsenal v Swansea – 3:00pm

Arsenal have had a poor start of the season. They have lost Samir Nasri and Cesc Fabregas, and although qualifying for the Champions League, they have had a disaster start. They have only scored 2 goals, and they were in a 8-2 defeat against Manchester United. Arsenal have only got one point so far, and that is less than newly promoted Swansea. The side from Wales have done okay so far, securing two draws and lost to Manchester City away. There big problem is scoring goals, as they are yet to get off the mark though. Arsenal are 4/11 to win this match so overwhelming favourites despite the league positions. Swansea are 8/1 to win this match so not looking promising for them. I personally think Arsenal will win this match, but go 1-0 down, but recover to win 3 or 4 to 1.

My Recommendations;

Correct Score; Arsenal 3-1 Swansea (10/1)
First Goal Scorer; Robin Van Persie (3/1)
Special; Swansea to be winning at half time, but losing at full time (28/1)

Manchester City v Wigan – 3:00pm

Manchester have won 3 games this season so far, scoring 12 in the process. Wigan are undefeated with 5 points, having played all the newly promoted sides so far. Manchester City are 1/6 to win this match, so strong favourites, as many can’t see any upsets here. Wigan are 16/1 to win, which I think is incredible and one of the smallest odds in Premier League history. I think Wigan to win is unlikely, but if you are feeling lucky then go for it. I don’t think Manchester City will have it that easy, but I think they will win this one. With the likes of Silva, Nasri and Aguero, you can’t see them not scoring, and Wigan will find it hard to get a goal on the break.

My Recommendations;

Correct Score; Manchester City 2-0 Wigan (5/1)
First Goal Scorer; David Silva (6/1)
Special; Manchester City to win with 2 or few goals in the match (11/4)

Bolton v Manchester United – 5:30pm

Manchester United are flying at the moment, and since Barcelona beat them back in May, Manchester United have won every game including pre season, community shield and all the league games so far. Bolton won 4-0 in their opening match, but since have lost to two great sides in Liverpool and Manchester City. This game is another extremely hard game for Bolton, as they face current champions and league leaders. Bolton are 7/1 to win this, compared to Manchester United who are 2/5. United have always had a tough game at the Reebok Stadium, so don’t expect it to be a walk over by any means. They should still have enough quality to win this match, and Bolton will need to be at their best and hope they catch Man United on not one of their better games.

My Recommendations;

Correct Score; Bolton 1-2 Manchester United (7/1)
First Goal Scorer; Wayne Rooney (5/2)
Special; Manchester United to win with 3 or more goals scored in the match (6/5)

13th – 15th August

First of all, you may be aware of all the rioting that is taking place in England, but hopefully these games still go ahead and everything is resolved by the weekend! It’s been a long summer, and cannot wait for the Premier League to kick off again!

Liverpool v Sunderland – 3:00pm Saturday

The Premier League kicks off Saturday at 3pm, and this is a fixture to look out for. Obivously Henderson is playing against his former side, and it will be the first time we see the new signings of both teams in their first competitive match. New Sunderland boys Wes Brown and O’shea will receive stick from the Anfield support, no doubt. Anyway, on to betting, Liverpool are 1/2 to win this fixture with Sunderland at 13/2. Despite Sunderland having bolstered their squad, I cannot see them pulling off a shock on Liverpool, who are genuine title chasers this season. This game last season ended in a 2-2 result, and for that to happen again is 25/1, you never know. I think there may be a few goals in this one, so betting on 4+ might be worth a shot. Sunderland to lead at half time but lose at full time is 28/1…just something to consider.

My Recommendation; Liverpool 3-1 Sunderland (9/1)

Newcastle v Arsenal – 5:30pm Saturday

What a fantastic game this turned out to be last season, with Arsenal 4-0 up at half time, manage to squander it as the game finished 4-4! Incredible scenes I remember when Tiote scored a volley in the last few minutes of the game. I really don’t know what to expect from this fixture, but when a game has some promise it doesn’t deliver so I’m not counting on too many goals here. Newcastle are 11/4 to win and Arsenal are EVENS, but I’d personally go for a draw at 12/5. Van Persie is 6/1 to score first, and that would be the safest bet in my opinion.

My recommendation; Newcastle 1-1 Arsenal (6/1)

Stoke v Chelsea – 1:30pm Sunday

Andres Villas-Boas will have his first competitive game for Chelsea, and at a tricky venue too. Stoke has always been a hard place to go to, and last season the result was 1-1. Stoke are considered outsiders for this match at 9/2, as Chelsea are at 8/13 to win in their opening match. I think it will be a tight game, and you can bet on Chelsea to win with 2 or less goals in the match at 9/4, which are kind odds. For the match to be drawing at half time then Chelsea to win the match in the second half it is 10/3. Chelsea will need to make sure their ready going into this match as Stoke will not give them an easy time by any means.

My Recommendation; Stoke 0-1 Chelsea (11/2)

West Brom v Manchester United – 4:00pm Sunday

The champions start their defence away at West Brom. United’s away form was poor last season, and one of their few ones came at West Brom, however it was undeserved. Wayne Rooney scored the first in that match and is 5/1 to score the first in this game, as he is only the striker for United that seems certain to start, as Ferguson as Wellbeck, Owen or Berbatov to choose from as Hernandez will still be absent. West Brom are missing midfield man Mulumbu and striker Odemwingie and havn’t bought many players in the summer transfer market yet. West Brom are 6/1 to win, with United being 1/2, after their impressive performance against Manchester City last weekend in the Community Shield. It seems United will have to improve on their away form if they want to keep the title, and a good performance here will minimize all doubts. There may be quite a few goals in this one, so Manchester United to win with 3 or more goals scored in the match is priced at 11/8 and I’d recommend that.

My Recommendation; West Brom 0-3 Manchester United (9/1)

Manchester City v Swansea – 8:00pm Sunday

Swansea were fantastic in their promotion last season, as they defied all odds to get promoted against other favourites like Reading and Cardiff. Swansea are currently favourites to go down, and they start their campaign at potential title winners in Manchester City. Swansea are 11/1 and betting on them would be like throwing money away in all honesty. Manchester City are 1/4 to win, but seem to look sluggish at the moment, but still can’t see them slipping up. Aguero is odds on favourite to score first with some bookies, but I personally think that Mancini will go with Dzeko and Balotelli up front for this fixture. There are never usually a lot of goals when Manchester City are at home, and especially coming from the away side. I am thinking only 1 or 2 goals will be in this, and both will go to the home side.

My Recommendation; Manchester City 2-0 Swansea (5/1)

When you really want to make sure that you can place bets on all of your favorite soccer gems, then you will definitely want to go online rather than offline. While there are a few bookmarkers offline, you won’t have as much selection to choose from. This can make it hard for you to get good paying odds, which means that it’s a lot harder to get the profits that you want from the betting experience.

In a nutshell, the convenience of betting on soccer games online cannot be beat! However, if you haven’t hone it before you might feel like there’s no way you can join the new revolution. Thankfully, the reality is that soccer betting is pretty easy to get the hang of in virtually no time at all.

One of the first things that you will need to make sure that you do is check out an online review guide that ranks sportsbooks. This is similar to guides that rate casinos, but both guides are equally important. When you decide to gamble with real money, you will need to make sure that you’re going to the right place to do it in. Not only do you want a secure place, but you want a sportsbook that makes you feel welcome. Any sportsbook that doesn’t give you a welcome bonus isn’t one that really wants your business. You want to go with the most competitive ones out there, because it goes without saying that you will spend quite a bit of time out there.

You also want to go for a place that has a support system in place so that you aren’t just stuck making guesses as to how things work. You should be able to file a support ticket and get someone to help you. Again, this is the type of thing that you won’t find with a fly by night sportsbook that is only out to get your money.

One of the other things that you will find with a quality sportsbook is a community. There’s a lot of fun in betting on soccer games, and there’s even more fun when you can meet up with a few friends to watch the big game and comment on it online. You don’t have to feel like you’re going to be stuck in the soccer betting world on your own — there’s plenty of great company to be found if you’re really willing to look!

Another point that you will need to think about when you’re just getting started is how often you will bet on the games. Just because you are now part of the betting world doesn’t mean that you always have to bet on games — you can always opt to just stick to watching the games that you have no interest in betting on. Even if you don’t bet, you can still check in with your new online friends.

The nice part about being part of a community is that you can hear about everyone’s soccer betting picks. While you don’t have to go with anyone’s picks, it’s never a bad idea to be able to look at the picks in a completely different way. It could give you inspiration in your own picks, or you just might want to see if someone else has a certain hunch about who will win.

Overall, playing the soccer betting picks can be a good thing. There’s nothing that says you have to rush — take some time to read up on the process of betting on soccer games and you’ll be just fine!

Let’s face it — anything that involves limiting yourself is something that just isn’t exciting at all. However, there is something to be said about actually thinking about what you ultimately want to accomplish from every angle, and this means thinking bout how to manage your risks in the greater world of soccer betting. When you first get started, you’re very excited and the temptation is to bet on every game that’s open at the sportsbook. Sure, that might increase your chances of winning big, but it also opens you up to a lot of risk. Very few people have an unlimited amount of money to throw around, so it just makes more sense to limit your risk as much as possible so that you’ll be able to bet for a long time.

First and foremost, if you have a chance to bet on the games, then you should definitely do so. It’s fun to bet on soccer games because it’s a sport that’s watched by tons and tons of people. In fact, some of your best friends might be soccer fans and you would have never known it before you got into the world of betting. A lot of people like to bet on games because it adds a new dimension to the game. However, the limiting part is to be able to step back and only bet on the games that make sense for you. If you have two teams playing that you really don’t care about, you shouldn’t bet just because the payout numbers look good. This is just one way to limit your risk.

You will also want to limit your risk by being careful where you place your bets. The internet is a relatively safe place, but that doesn’t mean that you shouldn’t be on your guard. There are sportsbooks that don’t play fair, and it could be hard to get your money out of them. Generally speaking, you should make sure that you are working with a sportsbook that has plenty of reviews. A new sportsbook isn’t something that you want to chance — let someone else test it that has the ability to replace their losses quickly. There are plenty of online review guides that cover not only casinos, but sportsbooks as well. Taking a few minutes to look at these can really save you a lot of money in the long run.

Don’t forget that you might want to throw your betting money into a separate account. This means that you are covered in case your account is ever frozen due to a mistake — you won’t lose the main money you need to take care of the other expenses in your life.

Overall, it might seem like these steps are a bit overprotective. But it’s better to take too many precautions than not enough, so why not get started today?

Out of all of the different types of sports that you can be on these days, soccer still ranks high on the list. There’s a good reason for that. For starters, soccer has a long following and deep history. People will argue about soccer until they’re blue in the face, because there is a deep sense of national pride and cultural identity. Virtually every country in the world has a soccer team. When you dig a little deeper, you see the pride evident in having a national soccer team, especially in countries that are developing or ones that have been ravaged by war or natural disasters.

The rise of the Internet has only served to make soccer betting more interesting, profitable, and even more fun. This is because you can connect with bettors all over the world and really see who wins and who loses at a glance, which can add to the competitive spirit that we all seem to carry around with us.

Now, when you’re getting started within the world of soccer betting, it’s highly likely that you’re going to have questions that need to be answered. One question that you might wonder about is whether all soccer games are created equal.

This makes sense to ask, since everything is based on odds. In a nutshell, the reality is that not all soccer games are created equal. The odds are generated by looking at each team and figuring out which one is more likely to win. Now, this could be because one team has an all star goalie, or a fierce forward that has been known to drive home wins. This is obviously a subjective thing, and the favorite tem to win is not always the team that will win. You never know how a soccer game will go down unless you watch it all the way to the end — there are a lot of twists and turns.

When you’re trying to think about whether or not you want to bet on a game, you need to listen to your own head and not the thoughts of everyone else. It’s your money, and you will need to protect your bankroll by only going in on games that you feel personally good about. It’s tempting to just subscribe to the soccer betting picks of someone else, but this might lead you to make bets that you’re not comfortable with.

If you’re noticing a theme here, it’s definitely comfort. You will need to make sure that you feel good about everything that you do, no matter what. You don’t want to end up not being able to get things taken care of because you spent too much money on games that really don’t matter to you.

Some people only bet on games that involve their favorite team, while others wait until the playoffs to really do a lot of betting. The right system will be based on what you want, and only what you want — don’t ever forget that!

Real Madrid v Tottenham

Real Madrid are 1/3 to qualify whereas Tottenham are 11/5. This should be a fascinating tie where anything can happen so you could win more if you bet on a more risky bet. Real Madrid are 2/5 to win on the night, and you certainly fancy them at all albeit they lost at the weekend to Sporting Gijon. Ronaldo is almost certain to return, which is why I am going for a home win in this first leg but I think Tottenham will get an away goal, setting up a great return in the second leg. Ronaldo scored a few goals past Tottenham in his Man Utd days, and I reckon he will open up the scoring in this one, and the odds of that is 5/2. For Tottenham to be leading at half time and then to lose in 90 minutes is 28/1 which I believe are great odds and worth a punt. 17/10 is the price of their being 4+ goals tonight, and that is another one of my recommendations. I think this will be a fascinating tie, and arguably the tie of the round, and there should be goals and excitement in this. I am going for a home win in the first leg, with Tottenham getting an away goal. If you play online casino games for money but haven’t yet fallen into the casino addictions trap that leaves you cash poor and desperate, I recommend switching it up and laying down some duckets on this bet. It will surely pay out.

My recommendation; Real Madrid 3-1 Tottenham (10/1)

Inter Milan v Schalke

Most people assume that Inter will face either Chelsea or Man Utd in the semi finals, but I wouldn’t rule Schalke going out, especially as they have seen off Valencia and have the second leg at home. Inter have just lost 3-0 to AC Milan, so there confidence may have been struck a bit, so if Schalke were to get at least a draw tonight, it wouldn’t surprise me. Schalke are 11/5 to qualify, and maybe worth betting on. On the night however, Schalke are 5/1 to win, but I cannot see that happening. I don’t expect to see too many goals in this one, and for there to be 0-1 goals is 21/10 which is my recommendation. I think Inter Milan may just edge this, and Samuel Eto’o will be a likely scorer for this hosts in this game (4/1). If they keep a clean sheet, they will be strong favourites to progress into the semi finals.

My recommendation; Inter Milan 1-0 Schalke (5/1)

Chelsea v Man Utd

The final of 2008 was a great spectacle and ended in dramatic fashion, if this two legged affair is half as good, then we are in for a treat. Chelsea will want to get revenge for that loss, and the league title is looking to be going away from Stamford Bridge. However, with the second leg at Old Trafford, it is vital for Chelsea to get a good result in this leg. They are both 5/6 to qualify, so it is literally the flip of a coin who you think will qualify. Chelsea have a good record against Manchester United at home, and therefore I think they will win on the first leg. The game in the Premier League a few weeks back was a really open affair, but I think it won’t be this time around. Fernando Torres has yet to score for Chelsea, but for him to score first here is 5/1. When these met in the league, Man Utd were leading at half time but to lose the match and for that to happen again, it is 25/1. I reckon there will be 2-3 goals in this match, but this doesn’t have promising odds for a lot of money, as it’s just 10/11.

My recommendation; Chelsea 2-0 Man Utd (8/1)

Barcelona v Shakhtar Donetsk

Barcelona are favourites to win the tournament and overwhelming favourites to progress to the semi finals. Shakhtar are 5/1 to qualify, but you never know in football, and Shakhtar are a tricky game, especially away from home. Barcelona are 2/9 to win tonight, and you cannot bet against that. They are superior to any team, and when you visit the Camp Nou, you just have to concede least goals as you can to stand a chance. For there to be 4+ goals in this game is 5/4 and that would be my recommendation for this one. Lionel Messi is 11/4 to score first, but I am going to go for Andres Iniesta who is priced at 10/1. For the match to be drawing at half time then Barcelona to win in the second half is 7/2, and this is a likely outcome. Barcelona have enough to outplay any team, so Shakhtar shouldn’t be too much of a struggle. Shakhtar must aim not to lose by too much so they have a chance at home in the second leg.

My recommendation; Barcelona 2-0 Shakhtar (11/2)

When soccer is pitted against other sports, the game of soccer carries a higher chance of a stronger team losing to a weaker team. This certainly holds true in the case of the English Premier League. For example, during the final game of the 1999 UEFA Championship, Bayern Munich lost to Manchester United by two goals even though Manchester United had an injury time of two minutes. This was a disappointing outcome for those who bet on a win for Bayern Munich, being sure this team would come out ahead. In short, there is nothing predictable about the game of soccer.

The Theory Explained

The stock market and the manner in which stock shares prices will increase and decrease comes in waves; the same is true for all types of sports betting. The majority of bettors usually enjoy a few winning streaks before hitting a down period that no amount of analysis or consultation can overcome. So in order to win, follow the trend.

Regarding Soccer Betting Trends

The main idea to remember is to never be overconfident when placing a bet in favor of a team that has experienced continuous losses while inwardly believing the team in question will make a miraculous comeback. Even though some people get lucky and win using this extremely risky betting strategy, bettors still need to take into account the amount of profits they currently hold and how much money they will lose before finally winning.

The Basic Concept of Trend Betting

The concept of trend betting states that a frequently losing soccer team should be bet against until the losing streak reaches a stopping point. Conversely, a team that has just earned a win after many losses should bet on a win until once again, the winning streak reaches its stopping point. Losers lose and winners win.

Betting on Stronger Teams

With soccer betting trends in mind, a bettor should focus their wagers toward stronger teams when these teams are going through a winning phase. This is due to the stronger team’s need for points in order to climb to the upper ranks of the league. Also, stronger teams boasting a formidable winning prowess are able to win relatively easier than their weaker counterparts.

One aspect of soccer that sets it apart from all other team sports that attract bettors is its tied results, also called draws. In sports that require a game to continue until there is a clear winner, this is not how soccer works. Furthermore, there are tangible effects in regards to draws. The English Premier League’s 2008-2009 season saw a ratio of 97-380 for draws out of total matches; this means 1-4 ratio of draws per matches.

Rankings and Statistics

In addition, the rankings are impacted by draw games. During the 200-2009 soccer season, Liverpool was the second place winner with statistics that included 11 total draws. However, Liverpool’s numbers would have been quite different if every match was to be played until there was a sole winner. The soccer teams representing the continent of Europe play even more conservatively so draws amongst this region’s teams are even more commonplace.

Betting on One of Three Outcomes

As far as football betting is concerned, draws have a much larger impact because each match will have three possible outcomes, a win for each team or a draw, instead of only two outcomes – a win or a lose. Regardless of a draw’s definitive role in soccer betting, placing a bet for a draw is not a popular strategy because choosing only one team for a win holds enough excitement in itself. The majority of bettors who practice draw bets are those who are considered to be simple enthusiasts as opposed to serious bettors. These types of bets should only be placed when there is reason to believe a particular match might end in a draw.

Laying the Draw

Online exchange bettors and local bookies both give generous draw betting odds. Local bookies tend do this in order to entice local bettors to place a draw bet. With bet exchanges, lay bettors seem to prefer laying the draw. The term “laying the draw” describes back bettors who want to wager on a draw and can pick and choose their bets. In addition, these bettors are able to enter into negotiations with lay bettors as a way to slightly bump up their own winning odds.

In-Play Markets

Another method of obtaining more positive odds is to use a betting exchange’s in-play markets after a soccer match has started. For example, if a player scores a goal during a match’s first 10-20 minutes, the game’s in-play odds suddenly become much higher. Experienced bettors who time their bets just right as well as beginning bettors who use an automated betting system will be able to increase the odds in their favor.

Even though draw betting has a trickiness aspect to it, bettors can profit if they thoroughly know the team’s history, statistics and tendencies. All serious bettors should keep the profit possibilities in mind when deciding whether or not to take a risk on a draw bet.
